Your first step on the path to fertility begins with an initial consultation. You will meet with one of our experienced doctors who will perform a complete examination and discuss your personalized treatment options.

Please fill out this form to schedule your initial consultation. Appointments are scheduled in order of request. There is currently a one week lead time for new appointments. The cost for the initial consultation is $250. You may also schedule by telephone by calling (858) 552-9177 Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM.
