Because insurance benefits vary widely between all the different plans, it is not possible to list all the potential reimbursement outcomes. Reproductive Partners – UC San Diego Regional Fertility Center is contracted with a variety of insurance providers. La Jolla Women’s Surgery Center, Inc., a California medical corporation, is an out of network provider, and as such does not participate with any third party claims administrators or insurance carriers. The insurance carriers Reproductive Partners – UC San Diego Regional Fertility Center is contracted with include but are not limited to the following:

- HARRINGTON BENEFIT SERVICES (FIRSERV HEALTH PLAN)
