The programs below are designed to help you achieve your dream in the most affordable way possible.
IVF Global Rate
The global rate for one standard cycle of IVF is approximately $8100.
INCLUDED IN GLOBAL RATES:
BASIC PROCEDURES USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH IVF:
- Starting at the visit to begin birth control pills or Lupron:
- Ultrasound and estradiol monitoring of egg development
- Egg retrieval
- IVF laboratory work including preparation of sperm, identification of eggs, preparation of eggs for insemination, insemination of eggs, embryo incubation and monitoring and preparation for transfer
- Assisted hatching
- Embryo transfer
- Progesterone level after transfer, ending with the first pregnancy test.
NOT INCLUDED IN ANY GLOBAL RATE
IVF PRE-TREATMENT PROCEDURES:
- Consultations
- Pre-cycle lab work including infectious disease screening
- Semen testing
- Procedures such as trial transfer, sonohysterogram, hysteroscopy (if necessary)
ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE IVF CYCLE:
- Anesthesia for retrieval ~$ 580
- Medications (billed by pharmacy)
- Surgical Sperm Retrieval-if needed
- Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)-if needed ~$1,840
- Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD)-if needed ~$5,950-$6,410
- Blastocyst culture ~$630
- Cumulus co-culture-if needed ~$315
- Embryo freezing ~$600 (up to 5 embryos)
- Frozen embryo storage or frozen embryo cycles-if needed
- In donor and surrogate cycles:
- Administrative fees ~$2,625
- Surrogate or donor recruitment, screening or remuneration (billed by donor agency)
- Insurance fee for known donor~$500
- Pregnancy monitoring following the first pregnancy test
First Day of BCPs or Lupron- $8,680 (global plus anesthesia) plus additional procedures (if needed)
Note: If your cycle is cancelled in any global program, but have paid the full global rate, all services will be itemized only to the point of termination. Any payment on your account that exceeds these itemized charges will be refunded directly to you if you so request, or may be credited to your next cycle. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Itemized Rate
Itemized rates are broken down, usually for the purpose of obtaining insurance reimbursement. Only patients who have pre-certified insurance coverage will have their charges itemized.
If you have insurance certification and use the itemized rate, you will receive bills from our offices for any remaining balances after your insurance pays. We must receive certification before you start your cycle. If you have a co-payment, it must be paid in advance.
The itemized rate is not eligible for the SUCCESS PROGRAM.
