Experienced RN / IVF Coordinator

Reproductive Partners - UC San Diego Regional Fertility Center is seeking an experienced RN/In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care. The position is available to RNs with an active California license.

Job Description:

  • Coordinates the execution of all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians
  • Educates patients on treatment protocols, medications and infertility procedures
  • Responsible for the ongoing (sometimes daily) communication between the physician and the patient undergoing treatment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Minimum Education: Associate Degree or B.S.N.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an IVF Coordinator

This is a full time position. This position is primarily Monday through Friday with requirement of one weekend per month. Active California RN License required. ACLS required. Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred.

Clinical Assistant

Reproductive Partners - UC San Diego Regional Fertility Center is seeking a full time medical assistant. Flexible scheduling with every other weekend required.

Job Description:

  • Warmly greets patients upon their arrival
  • Prepares patients for ultrasound examinations
  • Assists physicians during examinations
  • Performs daily blood draws
  • Responsible for the stocking of supplies, cleaning and set up of the exam rooms
  • Educates patients on treatment process, medications and infertility procedures
  • Responsible for the ongoing communication between the physician and the patient undergoing treatment
  • Assists with prior authorizations

Requirements:

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Enjoys high level of patient interaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Computer Literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year

This is a full time position. Flexible scheduling with every other weekend required. Women's Healthcare experience preferred. Phlebotomy Certification required. BLS required. Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred.
