Patient Services Representative Front Office Receptionist
Reproductive Partners - UC San Diego Regional Fertility Center has immediate opening for a front office receptionist. This position is open to candidates with an Associates degree or the equivalent of two years customer service experience in healthcare operations. English/Spanish preferred.
Job Description:
- Greets patients and visitors to the center with positive, caring attitude
- Monitors schedule meticulously communicating with laboratory and back office personnel ensuring smooth patient flow
- Answers over flow of calls when contact center is busy
- Back up to financial coordinator if necessary
Requirements:
- Impeccable customer service/listening skills
- Positive, up-beat, can-do attitude
- Ability to embrace change and promote team work
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, patients and business contacts
- Excellent command of English and Spanish language
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Associates degree or minimum of two years experience in healthcare operations
- Computer literate
- Detail oriented
- Transportation required; may be required to travel for company business up to 25% of regularly scheduled hours.
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday with the requirement of one weekend per month. Flexibility with start/end time essential.

Patient Services Representative Contact Center
Reproductive Partners - UC San Diego Regional Fertility Center has immediate opening for a customer service professional working in our contact center. This position is open to candidates with an Associates degree or the equivalent of two years experience in healthcare operations. English/Spanish preferred.
Job Description:
- Responds to patient inquiries, assessing patient needs and transferring calls to appropriate department or personnel. May take detailed messages for physicians and other staff.
- Accurate patient registration, scheduling New Patient appointments and updating patient demographics.
- Back- up to front office receptionist and/or financial coordinator as needed.
Requirements:
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
- Enjoys high level of patient interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Detail Oriented
- Computer Literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
