Combined Gestational Surrogate/Egg Donation Cycles
The global rate can be used when both an egg donor and gestational surrogate are being used. The fee for one surrogate/egg donor cycle is $ 10,300 plus pre-cycle costs (as above) and additional procedures (if needed). It provides for medical services for both the egg donor and gestational surrogate as described above and is paid as follows:

Note: If your cycle is cancelled in any global program, but have paid the full global rate, all services will be itemized only to the point of termination. Any payment on your account that exceeds these itemized charges will be refunded directly to you if you so request, or may be credited to your next cycle.
