Ashley Williams

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah with an emphasis in health education. After graduating, Ashley worked at the Center for Reproductive Medicine in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is there where she developed an interest in In-Vitro Fertilization and human reproduction. Upon moving to San Diego in June 2005, Ashley joined RPMG, initially working in the embryology laboratory. While Ashley loved learning the laboratory aspect of IVF, she decided to pursue her passion of women’s health and patient education. While continuing her work in the lab, Ashley went back to school and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. After becoming a Registered Nurse in 2007, Ashley joined the clinical team at Reproductive Partners as an IVF Coordinator.

In 2008, Ashley became the Nursing Operations Manager and, in addition to her primary nursing duties for her patients, she is responsible for the nursing department operations at RPMG. Ashley’s interests include third party reproduction, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis and fertility preservation.

Ashley is a strong patient advocate and is part of the Nurse Liaison Program for Resolve: The National Infertility Association. Additionally, Ashley is member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, American Academy of OB/GYN and Infertility Nurses, Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses as well as the American Nurses Association.

When not working, Ashley enjoys traveling, reading, camping and being outdoors. She loves kids and enjoys being an aunt to her two beautiful nephews.
